Front Desk Agent & Concierge


SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Front Desk Agent & Concierge to join their team. 

The Front Desk Agent would assist with guest services, checking in and out guests, liaising with guests via email and phone correspondence, and additional concierge duties as needed. 

We are looking for a candidate that has strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and strong organisational skills. This role requires technological proficiency including experience using social media. 


  • 1+ year in a similar role
  • University degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish would be considered an asset 
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts that may include weekends and holidays
