A leading organization in Cayman is looking to add an experienced Fund Director. 

The successful candidate will serve on the boards of a variety of fund structures & investment companies in a results driven & entrepreneurial team.

The firm itself has seen impressive growth and continues to go from strength to strength. They are looking for a senior level candidate with a strong understanding of corporate governance to really hit the ground running.

There will be a strong internal support network and the successful candidate will have full reign to grow their book of business.

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the funds industry – legal, accounting or fiduciary  
• 2+ years of serving as a Director is preferred
• An in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in the Cayman Islands  
• As a senior, client facing role, exemplary communication & relationship building skills are critical 
• Previous experience with business development is preferred
