We are seeking a highly organized and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s healthcare facility. The General Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility, while also providing leadership and support to staff members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational management
  • Hiring, training, and managing a staff
  • Overseeing budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
  • Vendor management 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or administration 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively 
  • Commitment to quality patient care, safety, and service excellence
