General Manager
Description
On behalf of our client a highly successful Cayman Enterprise, we are actively seeking a General Manager to join their growing team.
Duties;
- Manage & Support Senior Management
- Draft a corporate plan and business plan on an annual basis
- Providing sound, knowledge and strategic advice to Board Members
- Keeping up to date with the industry developments and ensuring policies and procedures are in place
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Review and approve budgets and ensure budgets are met
- Representing the TSCL in C suite level negotiations with external professionals
- Working with HR, aiding in the recruitment process of new staff members
Requirements;
- 15+ years experience in security services
- BA/MBA
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must have an entrepreneurial mind set, be confident in implementing changes and identifying potential opportunities
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience
