We are proud to be working exclusively with a prestigious company here on island in the hospitality industry. Therefore, we are actively seeking a dynamic and guest-centric Front Desk Associate to join their team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of luxury hospitality, shaping each guest’s journey with your impeccable service, communication finesse, and an eye for detail that surpasses expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Extend a gracious welcome to arriving guests;
-Execute check-in and check-out processes;
-Serve as the knowledgeable point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and information about attractions here locally;
-Maintain the front desk area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization;
-Assist with essential administrative duties such as data entry and record-keeping;
-Uphold strict adherence to company protocols, prioritizing guest safety and security;
-Handle financial transactions, encompassing cash and credit cards.
Requirements:
-Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with articulate communication.
-Adeptness in creative problem-solving and an unwavering eye for detail.
-A profound passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
-High school diploma or equivalent; supplementary hospitality education is an asset.
