Head of Business Support

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Head of Business Support.

The Head of Business Support is responsible for effective leadership and management of several areas of operations which includes the strategic and operational development of the Company. The role involves overseeing all accounting procedures and reporting, including budget monitoring, payroll processing, monthly statements of accounts and annual reporting for banking and government requirements.

We are looking for a candidate with a working knowledge of the best business policies, practices and Cayman compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical thinker with strong business insight. Technological proficiency is required specifically with experience using Microsoft Office and CounterPoint.

Requirements:

  • A Professional accounting qualification
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
