Head of Compliance

A leading offshore law firm are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join their team in the Cayman Islands!

This varied and exciting role will involve oversight of the firm’s compliance framework, on both the legal and corporate services sides of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to implement compliance programmes, monitor regulatory developments, implement new policies and and ensure compliance with all requirements and deadlines. 

Requirements

• ACAMS qualified
• Experience in a law firm or financial services environment essential
• At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level within a compliance team, including management experience
