Role Overview

You will serve as a role model, offering expertise in corporate administration while maintaining the firm’s professionalism and core values. The successful individual will manage client satisfaction, drive process optimization, and oversee the growth and development of the team to meet strategic goals and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise the daily operations of the registered office services, ensuring efficient task management, timely processing, and high-quality service delivery that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Enhance the registered office services by refining current processes and introducing innovative procedures aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation and enforcement of internal controls in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and authorize incorporation documents, matter opening forms, risk profile forms, and verification forms.
  • Assist in recruiting and training administrators, ensuring team alignment to support the business’s evolving needs.
  • Inspire and motivate administrators and managers, cultivating a positive and dynamic team culture.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by streamlining processes and maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on corporate administration and regulatory matters.
  • Manage client expectations, fostering long-term relationships to ensure the continued commercial success of the business.
  • Foster a unified approach to Governance Services by working seamlessly with teams across different jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for mutual clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Directors.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in managing and developing a corporate services team, with a proven background in corporate administration.
  • Extensive experience with Viewpoint, CORIS, CIMA, EDMS, and other client database systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Thorough understanding of the Cayman Islands legal and regulatory framework, particularly related to the Registrar of Companies and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
  • Proven experience in people management and developing high-performing teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Cayman Islands corporate services products and the legal structures typically supported by corporate service providers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ICSA or equivalent, are highly preferred.
