Head of Finance and Operations

Description

SteppingStones is actively recruiting a Head of Operations and Finance to join our client’s creative team. The successful candidate will join the Senior Management team and will be responsible for operations, administration and financial management of the business and its team.
  
Duties not limited to;

  • Day to day running of the Finance, Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources team
  • Building relationships within the organization
  • Directing and supervising the finances, budget preparation and financial reporting, monthly operational reporting, and annual audit preparation
  • HR management
  • IT management
  • Implementing planning and analysis processes for evaluating staff performance
  • Meeting goals and determining areas for potential revenue enhancement and cost reduction

  
Requirements;

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA, MPA, or CPA
  • 7+ years in a similar position with both finance and operational experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
