The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting Our Client as a top-tier firm in their core markets, working closely with senior leadership and partners to craft marketing strategies and oversee execution. What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team across the Cayman Islands and BVI, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the firm’s goals and drive business development.
  • Oversee and execute marketing initiatives that enhance the firm’s visibility, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Foster global collaboration, working closely with regional and international teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of marketing activities.
  • Manage sensitive communications with senior leaders, such as press releases and speaking notes, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
  • Direct the events team, ensuring that firm events are strategic, well-executed, and aligned with the firm’s overall marketing goals.
  • Drive efforts to enhance the firm’s brand presence, particularly in key markets, and identify opportunities for sponsorships and corporate partnerships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting the firm’s marketing tactics to remain competitive and innovative.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within professional or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships across various disciplines and jurisdictions.
  • A proactive leadership style, with the ability to guide teams and handle a high level of responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, collaborating with creative teams to ensure impactful content and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maximizing resources.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to senior leaders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Skilled at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in day-to-day marketing operations.
