Hospitality & Listing Manager

Description

Our client, one of the leading real estate companies, is seeking a Hospitality & Listing Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare all listing materials for agents to use
  • Work with agents to coordinate with sellers all property photos, access requirements, and marketing activities
  • Schedule sign installations at properties 
  • Oversee Open House schedules and listings 
  • Compile and distribute all necessary documentation to office brokers 
  • Input all necessary documentation into office system
  • Oversee phone duties, coverage of the office, and ensure all guests are greeted

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have a professional disposition and appearance 
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have previous experience in the real estate industry
