Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
- Prepare essential HR documents, including employment agreements and contract changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support HR operations.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with performance management processes.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in public service or law enforcement is an asset.
