HR Administrator
Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the daily operations of the HR department.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, assist in maintaining HR systems, support recruitment efforts, and help organize key events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist employees and visitors at the office.
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with onboarding and offboarding data.
- Draft and distribute internal HR communications and FAQs.
- Support payroll by gathering necessary employee data for the Accounting team.
- Publish and remove job postings; schedule interviews and liaise with candidates.
- Support internal audits and compliance processes.
- Manage health insurance and pension enrollments, terminations, and inquiries.
- Assist in developing training and onboarding materials.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
- Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition events.
- Collaborate with external providers such as insurance and pension vendors.
- Participate in HR projects and recruitment events like job fairs.
- Handle various administrative tasks and provide general HR support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a HR Administrator, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
