HR Administrator

Description

The HR Administrator is responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks associated with the running of a successful business and provision of HR services to clients in Cayman. 

What you’ll do

  • Handle staffing changes, benefits administration, and work permit applications.
  • Support new hire orientation and coordinate special events.
  • Provide secretarial support, assist with project management tasks, and perform office administration.
  • Manage membership records, financials, and meetings for CISHRP.
  • Assist with organizing training events, regulatory submissions, and email management.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks knowledge.
  • Prior office administration experience.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, hold a valid driver’s license, and use own vehicle.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for growth and development.
