HR Administrator
Description
What you’ll do
- Handle staffing changes, benefits administration, and work permit applications.
- Support new hire orientation and coordinate special events.
- Provide secretarial support, assist with project management tasks, and perform office administration.
- Manage membership records, financials, and meetings for CISHRP.
- Assist with organizing training events, regulatory submissions, and email management.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks knowledge.
- Prior office administration experience.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, hold a valid driver’s license, and use own vehicle.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for growth and development.
