HR Administrator

Description

On behalf of our client a well known and highly reputable professional services firm, we are actively seeking a HR Administrator to join their forward-thinking team. As HR Administrator you will play an important role in supporting HR department in their day to day immigration, hiring and on-boarding needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a highly supportive environment.
  
Duties;

  • Immigration related duties including; advertising, drafting cover letters, submitting work permits etc.
  • Create and maintain all new employee files
  • Draft contracts & offer letters
  • Coordinating the induction and on-boarding process of new employees
  • Registering new employees for health insurance and pension
  • Proving reference letters when requested
  • Coordinating the summer intern programmer
  • Supporting reception, answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Assisting international visitors by organizing accommodation and rental cars when required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

  
Requirements;

  • 2+ years in a HR function with experience in Cayman Immigration
  • Able to work to deadlines and in a pressurized environment
  • Highly organized professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
