HR Advisor

Description

On behalf of our client a prestigious and highly regarded offshore law firm, we are actively seeking an HR Advisor to join their Cayman Islands based team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to further your experience in a supportive and friendly environment.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Handling the recruitment and on boarding of new staff
  • Generating Analytics and Reports in relation to human resources
  • Corresponding with internal staff
  • Ensure that the people element of the company is aligned with the strategic and operational goals of the business
  • Payroll and Benefits
  • Handling Immigration queries and work permits
  • Assist in organizing employer branding initiatives
  • Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members

Requirements;

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager
  • Working knowledge of Local legislations relating to Labour, Immigration and Pension Laws
  • Previous experience in growing and managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
