HR Assistant
Description
Our client is a top tier destination management company based in Grand Cayman, and are looking to add a HR Assistant to their team.
What you’ll do
- Assist with the ongoing recruitment process, both with new hires and replacements
- Assist with any internal staffing changes
- Manage applicant tracking system
- Review job descriptions
- Monitor sick days and vacation days
- Administer offer letters
- Pre-screening Candidates
- Assisting/managing payroll
- Prepare immigration applications
- Generating advertisements
- Process Immigration applications
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma
- Relevant formal education in Recruitment or HR would be a benefit
- 2+ years of experience in HR preferred
- Experience with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Experience preparing immigration applications
