HR Assistant


Our client is a top tier destination management company based in Grand Cayman, and are looking to add a HR Assistant to their team.
What you’ll do

  • Assist with the ongoing recruitment process, both with new hires and replacements
  • Assist with any internal staffing changes
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Review job descriptions
  • Monitor sick days and vacation days
  • Administer offer letters
  • Pre-screening Candidates
  • Assisting/managing payroll
  • Prepare immigration applications
  • Generating advertisements
  • Process Immigration applications

What you’ll bring

  • High School Diploma
  • Relevant formal education in Recruitment or HR would be a benefit
  • 2+ years of experience in HR preferred
  • Experience with the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Experience preparing immigration applications
