HR Business Partner
This organization truly values their Human resources team and is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the function internally. The HR BP will report directly into the CFO and take a lead on a full scope of HR responsibilities & strategy.
The role will cover areas such as change management, compensation & benefits, ongoing performance support & management and recruitment. the candidate will have a seat at the table for all business decisions and it’s important the successful candidate also has experience with HR strategy.

- A minimum of 8 years experience of Human Resources experience
- An extensive knowledge of the local labor law and immigration law in the Cayman Islands is essential (only those with HR experience in the Cayman Islands can be considered for this role)
- A University Diploma in a relevant field
