HR Business Partner
Description
On behalf of our client, a large, globally known law firm, we are actively searching for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will;
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to the companies Cayman and BVI office
- Work closely with Business Leaders and Line Managers to drive the company towards business goals
- Assist with specific HR based projects
- Improve and streamline processes
To be considered for this role you must have;
- Strong working knowledge of human resources practices such as performance management, 360 recruitment cycle and organizational development
- 3-5 years previous experience
- Knowledge of all Cayman Islands laws such as Immigration Law, Labour Law and Health Insurance Law
- Recognized HR Qualification
- Prior experience in HR Legal services is desirable but not essential
On offer for this role is a generous salary and benefits package.
Please note that preference will go to on-island Caymanian candidates for this role. On-island work permit holders will also be considered.
