SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a local healthcare provider, to assist them in sourcing a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
We are looking for a senior Human Resources professional that has a strong background in Human Resources Management and is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for development and success and will lead this organization based on these values.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience advising on the full HR life cycle of employees, including Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance and Recruitment. The successful candidate must be very people-focused with a track record of displaying excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management
- 3 years’ experience at supervisory level
- Strong time management, communication skills and leadership
- Display knowledge of all Cayman Islands laws including Labour Law, Immigration, Health Insurance and Pension Laws
