HR Officer - Temporary

Description

On behalf of our client, we are actively searching for an experienced HR professional to assist with a 6 month maternity cover to commence in late September/Early October 2019. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a professional services environment and ideally hold an HR certification. In addition, you must have knowledge of Cayman Islands local labour, health, pension and immigration laws. Any experience working with HR Manager/Blue Bison Software and Workday would be an advantage. 

If successful, you would be responsible for; 

  • Acting as the main HR contact and adviser for all managers, colleagues and clients 
  • Prepare and maintain employee contracts and handbook 
  • Assist with 360 recruitment cycle 
  • Carry out payroll, benefits and reward programs 
  • Manage all on-boarding and exit interviews 
  • Build strong relationships with upper management and colleagues alike 
  • Manage all employee relation matters
