HR Professional

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing an experienced Human Resources Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of all employee-related issues and will include managing job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and talent management. Due to the nature of this role we are looking for a candidate who is people oriented with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. The candidate must be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships throughout all levels of the company. The candidate must possess knowledge of HR systems and databases and must be technologically proficient. This is a great role for a candidate who is passionate about shaping a positive workplace culture and who is committed to creating a productive work environment for others.

Requirements:

  • A Human Resources degree or a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the role of HR Manager or HR Executive
  • Extensive knowledge of the labor law and HR best practices.
