Human Resources Administrator

SteppingStones has partnered with a leading financial services organization to assist them in sourcing a Human Resources Administrator. The role will join a small, close-knit team and the successful candidate will enjoy excellent on the job training. 

The HR Administrator will support areas such as recruitment, the onboarding of new starts, HR policy review and immigration. The firm is well known for developing their staff and they will look to offer the successful candidate excellent career progression. 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years previous HR experience gained in the Cayman Islands 
  • A fundamental understanding of the labor law and immigration law in Cayman – previous experience using the WORC portal is advantageous
  • Caymanian / RERC / PR Holder (the role does not offer a work permit)
