Human Resources Administrator


SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Human Resources Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, compiling and keeping company personnel records, assisting with all HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, Immigration, health and pension and absence management. The role includes coordinating training and development, compiling HR reports, and any other administrative duties as needed.

We are looking for a candidate that has at least 1 year of previous HR experience and who has excellent organizational and time-management skills. The role requires that the candidate have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of HR software is required.


  • An educational degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1+ year of HR experience
