Human Resources Manager

SteppingStones is delighted to be working with a global leader in the Financial Services industry to assist them in sourcing an HR Manager. 

This role with have a regional remit and the position holds a key strategic position in the business. Within the organization, Human Resources very much has its seat at the table and is involved in the key business decisions and  growth. 

You will work as part of a close-knit, high performing team that provides an invaluable service across the region. The role includes a wide variety of duties and will allow the successful candidate to really advance their career. 

Requirements:

• HR Managerial experience with 5+ years total experience in HR
• Extensive experience with Cayman Islands immigration and employment law 
• Prior experience of dealing with senior stakeholders is required 
• A University Degree
