Human Resources Manager


SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Human Resources Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in developing and implementing human resources strategy. Other responsibilities will include organizational and performance management, talent management, and compensation and benefits management.

We are looking for a candidate with advanced analytical, research, problem solving, decision making, time management, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required which includes business writing, report preparation, and public speaking skills. The nature of this role requires a high level of maturity, professionalism, initiative, and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting, be technologically proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and have a thorough understanding of the Cayman Islands Labour Law, Immigration Law, Pensions Law, and Public Service Management Law.


  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or Business Administration
  • A professional Human Resources accreditation
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of relevant management experience
