Independent Director

Description

SteppingStones is working with a growing Fiduciary Services provider to assist them in sourcing an Independent Director. The firm has seen a sustained period of growth since inception and have a healthy existing client base already.

The preference would be for someone with an existing client portfolio though this is not a mandatory requirement. As this is a growing firm there will be a business development portion and some international travel will be required (primarily to the US).

Compensation can be flexible to suit preference e.g. lower base, with higher commission. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Independent Director
• An existing client portfolio would be an advantage
• CIMA Approved is also advantageous
