On behalf of our client, a global insurance company operating in the Cayman Islands, we are actively searching for experienced and dedicated Reinsurance Accountant.
Preparing financial statements
Maintaining general ledger and reporting systems
Carry out reinsurance cash receipts and payments into the reinsurance system
Assist with audit of financial statements and ensure all is in line with Forms 10-Q and 10-K
Assist with various senior finance members
Additional ad-hoc duties as required
A professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA or ACCA
Knowledge of SICS reinsurance system and/or SAP Business Objects would be an asset
Strong reconciliations skills and the ability to identify and solve problems
Strong communication skills
