Internal Sales Representative - IT Solutions
Description
SteppingStones are currently partnering with a leading IT solutions provider who are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join their fast-paced and very successful sales team.
You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and following up on leads.
- Reviewing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Responding to potential customers and sending out additional information.
- Keeping up with product and service information/updates.
- Upselling products and researching/qualifying new leads.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a related sales position would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
- Target driven with the desire to succeed.
