Internal Sales Representative - IT Solutions

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a leading IT solutions provider who are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join their fast-paced and very successful sales team.

You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and following up on leads.
  • Reviewing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Responding to potential customers and sending out additional information.
  • Keeping up with product and service information/updates.
  • Upselling products and researching/qualifying new leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a related sales position would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
  • Target driven with the desire to succeed.
