Inventory and Purchasing Manager

Description

SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Purchasing/Inventory Manager to join a leading organization based in the Cayman Islands. You will be managing a small department handling purchasing, receiving and pricing.

Key responsibilities include –

  • Communicate effectively with Senior Management and Marketing to understand business strategy
  • Make recommendations and implement processes to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
  • Track key metrics based on customer experience and communicate results to the business
  • Be first point of contact for any inventory queries and develop existing staff skill-set.

Requirements –

  • 5+ years purchasing/inventory experience at management level
  • Track record of successfully partnering with various teams within the business
  • Open approach to business strategy with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
