Inventory and Purchasing Manager
Description
SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Purchasing/Inventory Manager to join a leading organization based in the Cayman Islands. You will be managing a small department handling purchasing, receiving and pricing.
Key responsibilities include –
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management and Marketing to understand business strategy
- Make recommendations and implement processes to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
- Track key metrics based on customer experience and communicate results to the business
- Be first point of contact for any inventory queries and develop existing staff skill-set.
Requirements –
- 5+ years purchasing/inventory experience at management level
- Track record of successfully partnering with various teams within the business
- Open approach to business strategy with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
