On behalf of our client, a global financial services organization, we are seeking a Local IT Administrator for their Cayman office.
The successful candidate will provide IT infrastructure support for all employees both in the local office and within the region. Daily responsibilities will include resolving support requests, meeting customer satisfaction and service delivery demands. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide service support over the phone, through email, in person and via self-service mechanisms. Proactivity, attention to detail and organization are required skills in this role. Knowledge of compliance is an asset as the role includes ensuring compliance with industry and local government standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of ITIL and Change Management
