IT Technician

Description

SteppingStones is working behalf of our client, a leading local educational organization, to assist them in sourcing an IT Technician. 

The IT Technician will work with the IT Systems Administrator to provide IT support to staff while providing hardware and software support to the entire organization. 

We are looking for an experience and dynamic IT professional with experience with Office 365 administration including user management, mail flow, Intune, and OneDrive. This role also requires experience troubleshooting issues with laptops, iPads, Smartboards, and mobile phones. Must have great customer service and communication skills and the ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple priorities. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science would be considered an advantage 
• Certifications in Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, and A+ preferred
