Junior Corporate Administrator - Temporary

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis

The successful candidate will provide support to clients and assist in managing the client onboarding process. The role works closely with the rest of the team and will be responsible for Registered Office support, FATCA / AML Support, and Corporate Secretarial Support.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in client service management and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone with high attention to detail, who is organized and has excellent business and technical documentation skills. Technological proficiency is required, and the candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, Teams, Planner, and OneNote.

Requirements:

  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Knowledge of Cayman AML KYC procedures and operational compliance desirable
