Junior Customer Service Officer

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a local financial institution, to assist them in sourcing a Junior Customer Service Officer to join their Insurance Services.

The Junior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for selling and processing insurance products and services as well as providing high quality, prompt, accurate, and courteous service to existing and prospective customers. The role includes providing accurate verbal and written quotes to customers, assisting customers with completing claim forms and supporting documents, cross-selling and soliciting referrals from customers, and identifying new clients and selling them appropriate policies.

We are looking for a team-oriented and results-driven candidate that will provide exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy.

Requirements:

  • An Associate degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
