Junior Desktop Support Specialist
SteppingStones are currently partnering with a key client based in the Cayman Islands who are looking to bring on-board a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join their growing IT team.
Reporting into the IT Manager and working alongside the Senior Desktop Support Specialist, you will take ownership of resolving all end-user issues and be first point of call for all queries across several offices.
- Provide assistance and technical services for the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of all desktop computer systems and software.
- Provide training to end-users on the use of various systems and support all remote working issues.
- Assist with managing hardware inventory, maintaining all photocopiers and printers in addition to deploying all staff equipment.
