Manager, Central Operations


SteppingStones is working with a prominent local financial institution to assist them in sourcing a Banking Operations Supervisor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operations of their team and providing regular progress reports on team activities to management. The role includes monitoring applicable processes, procedures, and information security policies. The team also provides support to a number of other departments and will work alongside them to ensure high quality service is delivered to clients.

We are looking for a candidate with management experience who will mentor and motivate several teams. The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must have strong decision-making and organizational skills with solid analytical and data accuracy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.


  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of broad banking experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory/management role
