Manager, Corporate Administration
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing secretarial and support services for a portfolio of client entities, delivering professional and proactive assistance.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of statutory filings, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
- Arranging document execution, legalization, and related formalities.
- Providing board support, including meeting coordination, preparing and distributing agenda materials, and drafting minutes.
- Collaborating with regional offices to streamline internal procedures tailored to client needs.
- Overseeing internal administrative processes proactively.
- Participating in departmental projects and initiatives as required.
- Assisting senior management in establishing and maintaining departmental KPIs and training programs.
- Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial services or corporate secretarial work.
- ICSA or equivalent corporate secretarial qualification preferred.
- Experience with digital platforms such as ViewPoint is a plus.
- Knowledge of AML, compliance requirements, and beneficial ownership rules applicable to relevant jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with law and regulations in jurisdictions such as the BVI is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and service quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Organized, motivated, and methodical in approach.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Salary on offer up to US$100k plus benefits.
