Manager - Customer Service
Description
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company based in Grand Cayman, we are seeking an experienced Costumer Services Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cash controls
- Conduct monthly meetings for staff
- Managing customers’ accounts
- Building, maintaining and managing professional relationships with clients
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (CAMS or ICA) or related field
- Bachelor in a related field (accounting, management or finance)
- At least 10 years experience in a similar capacity
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management and overseeing a team
- Must be well organized, analytical and with a demonstrated ability to get things done on time
- Must be a good communicator, team player and leader of people
