Manager - Customer Service

Description

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company based in Grand Cayman, we are seeking an experienced Costumer Services Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cash controls 
  • Conduct monthly meetings for staff  
  • Managing customers’ accounts
  • Building, maintaining and managing professional relationships with clients 
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required  

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (CAMS or ICA) or related field
  • Bachelor in a related field (accounting, management or finance)
  • At least 10 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in management and overseeing a team
  • Must be well organized, analytical and with a demonstrated ability to get things done on time
  • Must be a good communicator, team player and leader of people
