Manager, International Financial Reporting - Blockchain Software

The firm develops cutting edge blockchain-based software to offer greater & broader access to financial systems. This is a fantastic chance for an accountant to be part of a firm that is looking to change & improve the traditional finance landscape.

Duties include:

• Preparing financial statements and with drafting the management discussion and analysis for quarterly and year end filings
• Work alongside the CFO and Financial Controller
• Support with complex accounting for areas such as Acquisitions, Investment Valuations, Fund Accounting and Consolidations
• Ensuring proper Internal Controls over Financial Reporting exist and are adhered to
• Assisting with year-end audit, budgeting, forecasting and investor relations 

Requirements:

• A professional accounting designation
• 2+ years of PQE 
• Working experience with IFRS – US & UK GAAP experience is advantageous  
• Strong excel skills 
• The desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative industry
