Manager, New Business Compliance

SteppingStones has partnered with a leading offshore financial services organization to assist them in sourcing a new business compliance manager.

The successful candidate will lead a small team and report directly into the Cayman based Head of Compliance / MLRO. The position will involve new business risk assessment and recommendations on client acceptance, among other duties. 

The firm itself has a stellar reputation in Cayman and offers a number of modern working solutions such as working from home. Great firm and a really interesting opportunity for the successful candidate.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years compliance experience – ideally in a TCSP 
• A professional designation such as the CAMS or ICA would be highly advantageous 
• Excellent understanding of the Cayman regulatory framework
