Managing Director - Trusts

SteppingStones is working alongside one of the world’s largest financial services organizations to source a Managing Director to lead the Trust side of their Cayman operations. 

The position will involve running the day-to-day operations of the business and cover Operational, Financial, Human Capital, Risk and Relationship Management aspect of the business. 

This business sees Cayman as one of it’s key offices globally and this role is critical to the long terms plans the firm has on-island. This really presents a great opportunity to the right individual. 

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 10 years experience within the fiduciary sector 
• Experience working at MD level (or equivalent) 
• Proven leadership abilities and track record 
• Strong operational and financial skills
