Microsoft Engineer
Description
Responsibilities:
- Can work with the sales team to provide sales opportunities from problem analysis and aid with sales where needed
- Be a part of regular review meetings and report on quality and performance of cloud services
- Acting as a point of escalation for clients for technical quires
- Managing customer support requests, providing on-going proactive and reactive support
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365’s
- Ability to Implement and manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Engineering Single sign on (SSO)
- Working with SharePoint/Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and Exchange Hybrid servers
- Ability to Implement and manage Microsoft Exchange both on premise and online
- All other engineering support deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Prioritize assigned tasks and work concurrently on multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
- Global knowledge of the IT services landscape
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft technologies
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a for a MSP
- At lease one Microsoft professional qualifications
