Microsoft Engineer

Description

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a well-known MSP in the Cayman Islands who are looking for an exceptional Microsoft Engineer to join their rapidly-expanding team. This is a client-facing role which would suit applicants with excellent customer services skills who enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing customer support requests as well as providing on-going proactive and react support. You’ll be working with SharePoint/Exchange and Exchange Hybrid servers as well as implementing and managing Active Directory Federation Services. In addition, you will take part in regular meetings and report on quality/performance of cloud services.

The successful applicant will have at least 5+ years supporting MS technologies as well as ideally at least 3+ years working for a fast-paced MSP.
