Minute Taker, Corporate Services - 3 month contract


Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting detailed minutes of board meetings from both hand written notes and recordings
  • Ensuring the highest level of accuracy is maintained and all details of the meetings are captured within the minutes 

Applicants must have specific experience minute taking within professional services, and a knowledge of international corporate structures, investment funds, other offshore vehicles and Cayman regulatory landscape would be hugely beneficial. 

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply yourself under pressure are key skills for this role.
