Night Shift Shipping Clerk

Description

SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading distributor on island, to assist them in sourcing a Shipping Clerk to join their Night Shift team. 

For this role you will be responsible for maintaining and following up daily with the completion of all customer invoices and credits. You must be available and flexible to work any time between 5pm and 7am or as a schedule requires for 5 or 6 nights per week from Sunday to Friday. 

We are looking for someone that has at least 2 years of data entry experience and 2 years of warehouse experience with knowledge of common warehouse procedures. You will need strong computer software management skills and an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Our client will also be willing to train you on their company specific systems such as SUN, Infor M3, and Ascomy so you must be willing and trainable.  This role requires the ability to lift 50lbs and work effectively in a busy environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data entry experience
• 2+ years of warehouse experience 
• Strong computer skills 
• Availability to work night shifts
