Office Admin Assistant - temp
Our client, a people-focused collaborative and professional organisation are looking for an Office Admin Assistant on a temporary basis to join their busy team. The role will involve the following:
Assisting with answering calls, filing, and scanning
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings as required
Working on ad-hoc projects as requested
Meeting and greeting any guests/clients in to the office
Liaising with couriers and any other incoming/outgoing mail
The successful applicant will need to possess an Associates degree plus a minimum of 1 year’s experience working within a corporate environment.
