The Office Executive / Administrator has responsibility for the

  • Daily operation of the office and staff
  • Responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization
  • Promote and assist with initiatives/campaigns, with the aim of generating revenue and increasing value for the organization and its members. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Organized, timely, and professional
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
