Responsibilities
The Office Executive / Administrator has responsibility for the
- Daily operation of the office and staff
- Responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization
- Promote and assist with initiatives/campaigns, with the aim of generating revenue and increasing value for the organization and its members.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Organized, timely, and professional
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
