SteppingStones has partnered with one of Cayman’s leading Law Firm’s to assist them in sourcing an Office Manager. 

This is a fascinating role that covers a little bit of everything from Human Resources, Accounts, Administration, PA/EA duties and Travel Management. The firm itself has a great culture and the office manager plays an integral part in this. It will have real variety to it and would suit someone looking for a role where no two days are the same.

They really see this as a critical position in the firms internal infrastructure and are offering an excellent salary & benefits package. 

Requirements:  

  • Previous experience in an Office Management position – preferably gained in a legal or financial services organization 
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills 
  • Flexible approach to working with the ability to work across a broad scope of duties without hesitation
