Office Manager

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing an Office Manager to join their team.

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks within the office are completed efficiently and effectively while managing and appraising the work of the Office Assistant and Secretary. The role will include processing all applications and paperwork, communicating with clients, and being an ambassador for the organisation. 

We are looking for a candidate that has excellent verbal and written communication skills who is fully proficient in the use of Management Information Systems and the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word and Excel. The candidate must have experience dealing with confidential matters and be able to exercise discretion on all organizational matters. This role requires the candidate to have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. 

Requirements: 

  • A relevant qualification in Office Administration or an equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and administration
