Operations Manager

Description

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing licensed Mutual Fund Organization, we are actively seeking applicants for the role of Operations Manager. This is an exciting and diverse opportunity for individuals with operations management experience well-versed in hedge fund administration.  

Duties;

• Managing the day to day operations
• Develop and improve business procedures
• Investor subscriptions and redemptions
• Maintaining information in our proprietary fund administration software
• Wire payments and account transfers
• AML/KYC processing
• Additional ad hoc are required

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 + years experience in Funds administration
• Experience in transfer agency
• Working knowledge of CIMA regulation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Fund accounting experience is beneficial but not required
